Remuneration for the Supervisory Board

Members of the Supervisory Board receive a fixed remuneration based on the roles and responsibilities. Travel expenses and facilities are borne by the company and reviewed by the Audit Committee. Implementation of the Remuneration Policy for the Supervisory Board in 2019 resulted in the payout as presented in the table below. According to the Code, members are not remunerated in shares.
