Broad base of international shareholders

AkzoNobel, which has a 100% free float, has a broad base of international shareholders. Based on an independent shareholder ID carried out in December 2017, the chart below shows the geographical spread. Around 6% of the company’s share capital is held by private investors, many of whom are resident in the Netherlands.

Approximately 9% of the company’s share capital is held by sustainable and responsible investors.*
